Sherre Ritenour

Sherre Ritenour - SDRP, LLC CEO; is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of experience in working for municipal government, private sector, and non-profit agencies. As the former Director of Mountain Metropolitan Transit in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 12 years, Sherre implemented a variety of projects, initiatives, and programs that resulted in a doubling of public transportation services in the Pikes Peak Region, new state of the art facilities and equipment, and innovative technology solutions. In addition, Sherre's leadership created numerous successful partnerships and programs that can be attributed to the agency's accomplishments. Sherre's leadership and participation in many organizations have also been recognized on a local and national scale. Sherre continues to share her leadership skills and expertise as a long-time Adjunct Professor in the master's program on leadership and management at a local university.

Sherre's passion for organizational development led her to establish SDRP, LLC in 2010, allowing her to assist organizations in such areas as strategic management, operations planning, program development, governance, and finance analysis. She also supports organizations to perform at their best by focusing on their greatest assets through transformational leadership. Sherre has both a B.A and M.A degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and professional development certificates from The Center for Creative Leadership, and the Harvard Business School.
